Yes. Ticket details can be updated and transferred to the respective attendee one (1) time only. To transfer, click "view your ticket" or click the ticket section displayed on the email confirmation. It will direct you to a link where you can transfer or print the e-ticket.

We do not allow change of section and upgrade. Kindly ensure that you have chosen your desired section upon purchase.

Official tickets are sent via email used upon purchase. Please ensure to review your details before checking out, especially email addresses. You will receive your ticket via email. Kindly print it on a clean sheet of bond paper. This will serve as your official pass to the event.

For tickets purchased from SM, print the voucher sent to your email and claim the actual ticket at SM Cinemas.

The music fest will be held on November 28, 2026 at Filinvest Alabang. Venue map and parking locations will be posted in the following weeks. See you!

Only minors age 13-17 years old are allowed. Ages 12 and below are not allowed. Minors must be accompanied by a guardian in the same ticket section with a 1:1 ratio. Both adult and child must be ticket holders.

We allow PWD and Senior Citizens. Pregnant women are not advised for safety reasons. This is an outdoor event.

Yes, we have multiple entrance lanes for hassle-free queueing.

Gates open at 3PM. Please wait for the final announcement in the coming months for any changes. Latecomers will still be catered. There will be separate entrances and exits for the different ticket sections.

Only one time entry at the Venue Arc Entrance. No re-entry.

There will be enough portalets inside the venue. Portalets are set up in every section, parking areas, entrances, and exits.

There will be no baggage counter during the event. While we strive for a fun and secure event, Harana Acoustic Music Festival will not be liable for any loss or damage. Kindly keep an eye on your belongings at all times.

Pets are not allowed inside the event grounds.

Outside food and drinks are not allowed. We have food concessionaires spread out in the event grounds.

Any kind of chair is not allowed. You may bring a small picnic mat instead. Please see prohibited items and things to bring on a separate post.

Drones are not allowed, as well as professional DSLR cameras. We have an official photo and video team in the area. Only personal vlogging cameras like Instax and GoPro will be allowed.

No, traffic marshals will strictly check ticket validity upon entry to the premises.
